Overview P16 Evaluation kits have been designed specifically for customers to evaluate the printing performance of the P16 head using their preferred inks/coating and textiles. The revolutionary Printos P16 print head is a high performance, 16 jet drop-on-demand print array that is designed to be used with all current textile ink types on fabric weights ranging from light weight flag and banner materials through to heavy weight upholstery fabrics. The P16 heads are being increasingly chosen by textile machinery manufacturers to meet the demands of their customers. Pre-coating of textiles and banners as well as UV protective coating of graphics are well within range of the P16 Technology. Available with your choice selection of 45, 60, 100 and 160 micron P16 Digital printing modules. The kit can optionally be extended with P700 high flow carpet printing valves.

Full software control of drop size parameters to closely match print performance to fluid and substrate. Software triggering for quick and easy manual print Direct manual control of drop frequency from continuously open to 1500 Hz firing frequency Independent valve switching Fully adjustable operating pressures up to 3 bar Available with choice of 45, 60, 100 and 160 micron P16 modules Can be extended with P700 valves Alpha numeric printing with optional printing table (for testing purposes)
