Overview The T8 Sample Printer has been designed specifically for customers who want to pre-coat, dye or print up to one meter square samples onto a wide range of textiles and other materials using inks or coating fluids of their choice. The T8 contains 8 revolutionary Printos P16 high performance 16 jet drop-on-demand print heads, designed to be used with most pre-coating fluids and textile inks on fabric weights ranging from light weight flag and banner materials through to heavy weight upholstery fabrics. The modules are mounted into a color head capable of pre-coating or dyeing up to a one meter square sample. The P16 Print heads are being increasingly specified by printing and coating machinery manufacturers for integration into their machine designs. The T8 is also well suited for jetting other fluids including some flame retardants, UV coatings, water repellants and oils.

Features T8 Sample Printer for coating, dyeing or printing offers the following features: Ready for use with most water, solvent and pigment base inks, most oils and high/low ph fluids. 60 square meter per hour application rate in “single pass” print mode for dyeing and coating. 18 square meter per hour application rate in ‘single pass’ print mode for 4 color printing Controlled fluid volume applications onto a wide range of fabric weights Full software control of drop size parameters to closely match print performance to fluid and substrate. 1000 mm x 1000 mm Printable area Accepts most digital image formats for full color printing.
